Prepare Recess – Rout or chisel a slot matching the profile depth; ensure the base surface is level and free of dust.
Dry-Fit – Cut to length using a non-ferrous blade; test alignment and miter joints; deburr all edges.
Mount the Profile – Fix the back leg into wall framing or substrate with suitable screws or anchors; maintain a flush front reveal.
Wire & Test – Route low-voltage leads, check polarity, and test dimming before LED installation.
LED Installation – Apply LED strip (≤5 mm PCB) into the angled internal track, avoiding twists or sharp bends.
Finish Assembly – Insert the internal PC cover, end caps, and corner connectors for continuous alignment.
Final Test – Power on and verify smooth, even illumination before completing wall and floor finishes.
