Plan Recess & Services – Reserve a channel in gypsum: approx. 0.83 in width × ≥1.97 in depth for profile, wiring, and driver clearance.
Dry‑Fit the Profile – Cut to length with a fine‑tooth saw; deburr and align along the intended wash direction.
Fix to Structure – Screw the profile securely to the framing or substrate, ensuring the tray sits level and aimed at the wall.
Tape & Mud – Embed the perforated wings with joint compound; feather to a flush finish. Sand and prime once dry.
LED Installation (Optional) – Clean the tray, then install your LED tape (≤0.47inch, sold separately). Test before covering.
Snap Diffuser – Fit the opal cover evenly for smooth, glare‑reduced light diffusion.
Power & Dimming (Optional) – Connect to a compatible LED driver and dimmer system. After final testing, complete the finishing and paintwork.
