Installation Notes
Route the groove – 0.47″ deep × 0.39″ wide (12 mm deep × 10 mm wide) for the 0.39″ × 0.39″ model along the planned light path.
Cut & dry-fit – trim the silicone channel with a fresh utility blade; test the bend radius on curves.
Insert LED strip – stick the 0.31″ – 0.39″ strip inside the channel before pressing the assembly into the slot.
Seal & power – for wet zones, run a thin bead of neutral-cure silicone on each side; connect to 12 V / 24 V driver, observing polarity.
Enjoy the glow – the matte diffuser snaps fully flush for an uninterrupted, professional light line.
