This channel provides a clean, gypsum-free solution for achieving professional cove effects in living rooms, bedrooms, corridors, hotels, and offices. The 10 mm internal tray accommodates most 8–10 mm flexible LED strips, operating on safe 12-24V DC systems. Its surface-mounted design installs easily using a screw-fixed back panel and snap-on cover, offering an elegant, minimalist look.

Plan & Prepare – Mark the cove run, identify feed points, and confirm clearance for the 60 × 36 mm profile.
Mount Back Panel – Secure the aluminum base to the wall or ceiling using screws and anchors along a straight line.
Cut to Fit – Trim the aluminum profile to required length using a fine-tooth miter saw and deburr edges.
LED Installation (Optional) – Clean the tray and apply your preferred 8–10 mm LED strip (sold separately). Test before closing.
Attach Diffuser – Snap the curved opal cover into place for a continuous, professional light appearance.
Wire & Finish (Optional) – Route leads to a 12-24V DC driver or dimmer system, verify uniform illumination, and complete final detailing.
