Build clean, continuous lines of architectural light with this contractor-grade aluminum channel set combining standard U and mini U profiles for both surface-mount and recessed installs. Rigid anodized 6063 aluminum provides excellent heat dissipation and edge protection, while the snap-in milky PC covers soften hotspots for a uniform glow on shelves, cabinets, toe-kicks, and display cases. The standard U accepts up to 0.47in tape for high-output runs; the mini U is a slim option for 0.20in micro/COB strips and tight reveals. Use adhesive or clips for fast, professional installation in residential and commercial millwork. LED strip NOT included.

Installation Notes
Plan & layout: choose Standard U or Mini U by strip width and light level; mark feed points and lengths.
Prepare substrate: for recessed installs, rout a shallow channel; for surface installs, clean and degrease the mounting area.
Cut & dry-fit: trim profiles to size; deburr ends; test fit and mark clip locations if using clips.
Apply tape: adhere the LED strip inside the channel; route low-voltage leads to driver.
Mount: fix the profile with construction adhesive and/or mounting clips/screws; keep runs straight.
Snap diffuser & test: press the milky cover evenly, connect to a compatible 12/24 V DC driver/dimmer, and verify uniform output.
