Available in matt black or architectural gray, the channel accepts any 5–6 mm wide LED strip—perfect for ultra-thin COB, dot-free tape. Installation Notes
Route the channel slot – plunge-cut a 17 mm × 14 mm groove along the shelf or panel; keep edges square for a tight press-fit.
Pre-wire the LED strip – solder leads first; remove backing tape so it slides easily.
Feed & seat – thread strip into the aluminum, LED side facing diffuser; press firmly along the heatsink.
Insert profile – push the loaded channel into the groove; add a bead of construction adhesive or countersunk screws from the rear if needed.
Snap on diffuser – start at one end and run a thumb along the length until fully seated.
Connect & test – power the strip with a 12 V/24 V driver; integrate an IR door sensor or wave switch for automatic on/off.
Finish trim – caulk or veneer edge if a zero-gap look is required.
