Created for lighting contractors, joinery shops, and architectural specifiers, these black-on-black aluminum profiles transform bare LED tape into a razor-sharp design detail. The family includes three shapes:
U-Shape – ultra-slim, low-glare linear runs
V-Shape – 45° corner beam for ceilings, wall reveals & kick-plates
W-Shape – extra-wide face for bold graphic lines
All three house 0.31in – 0.47in LED strips, dissipate heat with 6063-T5 aluminum, and snap shut with a smoked PC lid that hides hotspots while delivering a sophisticated, “black-when-off, glow-when-on” effect. Stock lengths of 0.5m (19.6in), 1m (39.3in), and 2m (78.7in) cut cleanly on-site, making it easy to outline walls, stairs, reception desks, or custom furniture with one seamless dark accent. Installation Notes
Mark & drill – position spring clips (or use VHB tape on smooth substrates) at 300 mm(11.8inch) / 12″ intervals.
Cut to fit – trim the aluminum with a fine-tooth hacksaw or miter saw; deburr before inserting LEDs.
Feed & seat – slide the LED tape into the channel, test illumination, then snap on the smoked diffuser.
Wire through end-caps – each set includes holed & solid caps for clean cable exits.
Pair with 5 V / 12 V / 24 V constant-voltage drivers; always test strip polarity prior to permanent install.
