Made from durable aluminum alloy, the channel improves heat dissipation and protects LED strips from dust, impact, and environmental damage, ensuring longer lifespan and consistent lighting performance.
This LED aluminum profile system is available in two mounting styles. The U-shape profile is designed for flat surface installations such as cabinets, shelves, walls, and furniture, providing a sleek linear lighting effect. The V-shape profile is designed for corner installations at a 45-degree angle, directing light outward for better wall washing or cabinet illumination.
The included diffuser cover softens and spreads the LED light evenly, eliminating visible LED dots and producing a smooth, professional glow. With compatibility for 8mm (0.31inch) and 12mm (0.47inch) LED strip lights, this channel works with most standard LED strips used for residential, commercial, and decorative lighting projects.
Each set includes mounting clips, screws, and end caps for quick installation. The channels are ideal for applications such as under-cabinet lighting, architectural accent lighting, shelf lighting, display lighting, ceiling lighting, and decorative interior illumination.

Installation Notes
Plan and measure runs; choose U or V model based on mounting surface and beam direction.
Cut profiles to length with a fine-tooth saw; deburr ends and clean the substrate.
Adhere 12 mm (0.47inch) LED tape inside the channel; route low-voltage leads to the driver.
Fix the channel using construction adhesive and/or clips/screws; keep runs straight.
Snap the milky diffuser in evenly and test on a compatible 12/24 V DC driver/dimmer.
