Installation Notes
Plan & Mark – Lay out runs, select model by slot/PCB size, and mark feed points.
Route Slot – Cut the groove to the recommended size (e.g., 10×8 / 12×10 / 14×12 mm); clean debris.
Dry-Fit – Test the profile for a flush finish; trim to length at cutting marks.
Wire & Tape – Pull low-voltage leads; adhere compatible LED tape inside the channel.
Snap Diffuser – Press the diffuser evenly to seat; verify uniform line of light.
Power & Test – Connect to a compatible 12/24 V DC driver/dimmer and perform a full test.

We have finally upgraded our kitchen with some under-the-cabinet LED lights. Keep in mind this Silicone LED Channel System is only a LED Cover so the LED light strip is protected and the light output is diffused, creating a nice ambient glow. In order to complete the installation, you still need to get the LED light strip and a power supply. This 79″(200cm) tubing is waterproof with a 5mm width. This product is fairly straightforward to use and its flexibility makes it easy to push into the tiny channel we created underneath our cabinets.

This silicone diffuser is a game-changer for linear lighting. It snaps on easily, bends smoothly without cracking, and creates a perfect continuous glow. We used it for a ceiling-to-wall transition and the client loved the seamless look.

Good product for curved and recessed applications. It’s flexible enough to work around corners and still keeps the light uniform. Wish the mounting track was a bit sturdier, but overall a solid choice.
