Plan the Run – Mark start and end points, driver locations, and wire feeds; confirm adequate clearance for 42 × 53 mm (1.65 × 2.09 in) depth.
Cut to Size – Trim the aluminum channel with a fine-tooth (non-ferrous) saw blade; deburr for a clean fit.
Mount the Channel – Align with a chalk line; fasten securely through the back into framing or anchors. Construction adhesive may be used where applicable.
LED Installation (Optional) – Clean the interior channel surface, remove backing from your LED strip (sold separately), and press firmly into the slot, ensuring correct polarity.
Attach Diffuser – Snap the frosted cover evenly into place; add end caps if needed for a polished finish.
Power & Test (Optional) – Connect the LED strip to a compatible 12 V/24 V driver, check for uniform lighting, and complete wall finishing for a seamless, integrated look.
