The adhesive backing supports clean installation on suitable smooth surfaces, while marked cutting points let you shorten the strip approximately every 0.98 in for 5V and 12V versions or every 1.97 in for the 24V version.

A waterproof silicone jacket makes the strip suitable for indoor and outdoor decorative projects, including DIY neon signs, bedrooms, gaming setups, event displays, storefronts, gardens, and accent lighting. When installed outdoors, the power connection, cut ends, and connectors must be separately sealed against moisture. A compatible DC power supply matched to the selected voltage and total installed length is required.
