They make a huge difference. Don't mess around sticking stuff inside your boots. This does the job. No problems through 20 uses this season.

I used last couple ski days with very cold mornings (windchill around -20 and -25 C) and could feel more heat radiating around toes. Simpler then heated socks or insole. Happy with results.

Used these for the first time last week and really liked them however the weather was not cold, however my toes were never cold and that does not happen often. I liked that my boots never had snow built up in the buckles which made it great for walking into the hotel room without tracking snow all over.

Bought these for my wife and daughter (both complain of cold feet), and bought myself a pair. We ski in the Canadian Rockies: -10C to -20C is common. Really help keep the feet warm.
