Wanted to use the health app but did not want a smart watch. this is the easiest way to carry ur phone when running etc.

A couple times I've forgotten I'm wearing this thing! It's lightweight and comfortable and doesn't bounce around while I'm running. It's a bit snug to get my phone in, but it does fit (barely). Sure beats sticking my phone in my waistband and hoping it doesn't fall out or get soaked in sweat. Yuck.

I love this running belt. It's the best one I've had. I use it for outings whether hiking, biking, running or whatever. I also use it for airplane travel. I like having my cell phone, credit cards, money, insurance cards, keys, passport etc. hooked onto my body and not in a purse or backpack where it could more easily be stolen or misplaced.
