I've had neck issues for years, with 4 cervical herniations. As a result, on a nightly basis, I lose feeling in my left hand. Since I have started using this (2x/day for about 10 minutes each), I have significantly fewer issues at night. I still have issues, but they are improved, and, in the middle of the night, if I have a particularly severe numbness I can lay on this and the nerve will release, allowing feeling in my hand again. It's like having a chiropractor at your beck and call. Obviously, this is not going to permanently fix my issues, but it does help, and is WELL worth the money!

Instantly relieved pain. I used on my neck as normal. Then turned it upside down. And laid on it in different parts of my spine. And when I sat up to move it further down my spine my disc's cracked in place until I got to my lower back then I used yoga wheels. This is a great product. Do what's natural for you

I’m a physical therapist and love this bc it makes my life easier not having to use my fingers for 5 mins straight to provide the same pressure/feeling. However traction is not a fix, provides temporary relief but if you want your neck pain to go away you’ll need more than just traction(or this pillow)

I was surprised at how sturdy this was. I was having debilitating headaches from poor posture and tmj dysfunction. After one use, I was much more comfortable. I'm amazed!

This device was very comfortable to use. The natural stretch in your neck is felt right away. I tend to have stress in my neck and after using this device, I noticed less tension.

I've had neck issues with a spur for a number of years. It got to the point if I raised my head a certain way, I'd get severe pain radiating to the upper part of my chest. Using this for a few weeks has made all the difference in the world.

This is not a pillow, it is a tool to help stretch and realign your neck. All you have to do is lay down, put this under your neck, and relax. Very pleased with the results too.
