These well made and easy to use tools are now a mainstay in my kitchen. I deboned salmon last night and it was the easiest process ever. The tweezers are smooth, easy to hold, and wash up well in the dishwasher. I highly recommend these tweezers.

Works very well on your average size salmon fillets. I would recommend something designed similar to a curved needle nose pliers.

These tweezers were exactly what we were looking for. It's really nice to have 2 types tweezers, so that you can get to any bone on any type of fish. After recently buying some salmon fillets that were loaded with tiny bones, we realized that we didn't have any sanitary tweezers for food. These are high quality stainless steel. Problem solved!

I put good pictures because I was wrong in my previous comment. Product of nice quality, clamp very well, no vacuum when we clamp, I recommend.
