    Oh my GOSH! Made little gingerbread houses with these and used melted sugar instead of icing to connect the pieces - worked so well! Got SO many compliments, brought them to all the parties. People loved them. Also, so much easier to decorate these than those big gingerbread houses nobody eats and then throws out after a week.
