They have been mounted outside for about six weeks and survived direct sun on days when the temperature was above 110 -- so far, so good.

The adhesion of the clips is also very strong. I use these to route the wires of some plug-in small appliances and an Echo Show in my kitchen. Keeps the wires tucked nearly invisibly into the edge of my countertops and the wall. They are also that kind of super strong plastic that will hurt your fingertips should you challenge them in some feat of strength, so don't worry about them breaking.

These clips work perfectly, and the adhesive is holding well, even in the Arizona sun. They are sized well for the nylon braided cover USB cables I'm using, as they tend to last longer in our sun.

I didn't want to drill into the wall so these were a nice find. It come with the double sided tape, but you have to attach it to the clip yourself. The tape is pretty good. It held strong to the trim and textured paint.

Hese were inexpensive, the adhesive pads supplied are great and it works as advertised.
