My 12 year old daughter is constantly giving pencils out at school to two boys. She decided to use her own money to buy these pens and play a prank on them. We read the reviews but it was still worth it to her to give these pens a try. Both worked well and completely served their purpose. No issues here with either pen. Just enough jolt to surprise someone but not harmful. I’m planning to take them to work now!

They work well. Which ever finger you click with gets the biggest jolt. They actually write too. Not super sturdy, but would be fine for the occasional prank.

I gave this to a bartender who loves messing with her regulars as a Christmas gift.(They love it, too.) She seems to be having a blast with it and is still using it several months later.

They do shock you. If you know it's a shock pen your prepared but when your "victim" hits the button most throw it down and shake their hand. Just have to be careful. One broke while waiting for "victim" to get shocked. They tried to twist it rather then push button down. For price their worth it. Great gag.

Fun to trick people with this pen! Its realistic and puts out a decent shock for sure! I even mistakenly grabbed it once to write something down and shocked myself. Ģ
