They hold real good once you get them adjusted. Takes some time to adjust around your ankle right. Once they are set, they feel good all day long and help with the pain.

I have flat feet, I pronate, I also have Morton's Neuroma. Your support is the first one that has helped all those conditions at once. I put it on and it corrected my pronation and stabilized my mid foot and ankle. That changed my gait and made my feet feel but better. I wore the braces for 16 hours yesterday, there was no pinching or binding and the support was consistent on ever step.

This product is less expensive, less bulky and much easier to put on and take off than the lace up braces provided through my Podiatrist's office. Probably gives a little less support than the lace ups, but still provides good support and noticeable pain relief.

Light weight very good support for your arch and ankle. I am so glad I took a chance and bought these after seeing an ad. Due to nerve damage after my second foot surgery I had constant nerve pain. I now wear this support every day. I am able to walk more with less pain. i just bought a second pair.

I ordered several different types of ankle supporters and ended up keeping these ones! The design is very unique and provides just the right amount of support. They were not thick and bulky like some of the others that I tried. Very lightweight, breathable and can be worn easily with shoes. Would highly recommend to anyone needing more ankle support!

They really work !! Was super pleased an they relieved the pain in my foot, was so great to get some relief !! Would recommend for people with dropped arches or heal pain 👍

I've been wanting a supportive wrap for those times when I'm not in a lace up shoe. This product is perfect for my ankle weakness. I just walked a mile in my slip on walkers without any pain or sense that my ankle was turning in.

I got the Velcro straps to attempt to improve the stability at my ankles when running as I was noticing some instability at heel strike and irregular wearing of the soles of my running shoes. It worked. The straps have allowed me to correct that fluctuation without shoe inserts. My ankles love the extra support without feeling restricted.

I was skeptic, but for the price figured I would give them a shot. I've been having ankle problems for years and lately seems to get worse. I messed up my left ankle years ago and was told to wear a brace. Most are bulky and just suck to wear. I got these in today and put one on my left ankle and felt the difference right away. It definitely made a change and highly recommend. Hopefully they last a long time. I might even just grab another set, just in case.
