This is a good item. I have been using if for the tights for several months now, and it is as strong as it was when I purchased it. Very strong spring and resistance. High quality.

I’m SO happy with this product. I would suggest wearing pants when using. If you wear shorts and it has contact with your skin, it will slip. I definitely feel a good working out muscle burn after using this. I am surprised by how much I like this product.

I used to hit the gym each day and quite frankly was miserable on many levels so decided to do home based workouts. I bought some resistance bands and a couple of these thigh trimmers and to be honest feel better about my workouts now. You can do this whilst sitting down and I also use it for upper body workouts as well. Great price, only gripe is sometimes the resistance part can vary, one of my trimmers is looser so I stick with the second one i bought as so far its kept its resistance.

I have purchased this product due to arthritis in both hips this product help with keeping my mobility of the hips.

So I use to be a ballerina. I was in amazing shape. Then a seriouse of unfortunate events took place that left me out of shape. Now I'm lazy. Really its the truth. I got lazy and over weight. So i bought this to force myself to do while watching TV. I've also invested in other things to have something else to do. Including kayaking etc. But this really does burn and it will serves it purpose in order to build the strength that my body really needs. I didn't think this was going to be worth a wet noodle but I'm using it daily and I'm glad I got it. Its a small start but a start never the less.

This works really good. I can feel it right away. My thighs and legs were sore the next day. At first I wasn’t use to it but after looking up different videos on workouts you can do and I been using it not only for my thighs but my arms too! I like that I can bring working on the computer, watching TV or whatever and still be working out.

I love this! I had a thigh master years ago that I absolutely loved but must have thrown out or misplaced when we moved. I have used this one every day so far and it's great. It is smaller than my old thigh master, not as large but I think the smaller size is easier to use and control.

GOOD QUALITY BURNS FATTY THIGHS.TRY DOING AT LEAST 30 SQUEEZES WITHIN YOUR THIGH SHOWN IN THE PIC AND YOULL SEE RESULTS WITHIN A MONTH.
