I love the support. I bought this after my husband got one a month ago. We both are very satisfied with our purchases. We wear it to work and just doing things around the house. It promotes good posture and it has taken inches off our waist.

The waist trainer provided excellent support. There were no bulges or wires poking. In addition, the inclosures were secure and assisted during my training. The waist trainer did not roll up or lose it's shape. I plan to purchase another waist trainer for my daughter.

The fabric was good, nice and strong. i wear it to work (9 hour shift) and it does well. stays in place and is comfortable. im not sure if its just me but i also have back pain and ive noticed that since i started to wear it, i have hardly had any pain. helps with my posture. i would buy it again

Love it, I have tried different waist trainers and was not pleased. I carefully read the reviews and chose this one with 1 belt strap, it holds me well without riding up or moving. I have back issues and this trainer holds my back firmly. I am 5’5 189 lbs and ordered size XL which is a great fit for me.

I recently bought this and been using it during my Zumba classes or when I go to the gym. Im already seeing results in a month and lost one inch from my waist. It will make you sweat in the stomach area.

I wear it 23 hours a day! And just after 3 days of wearing it I can see the difference! It slims me down and It shapes meee!!! I’ve spent soooo much money on uncomfortable fajas and waist trainers. But this is the BEST!!!!! I weigh 175 and I’m 5”3 and I got a medium, perfect support! Getting ready now to order a smaller size

It’s definitely a great purchase. I got a medium but after wearing for a week I’m now ordering the small. I would definitely recommend a waist trainer for those who’s trying to get their stomach down and help with weight loss.

It is definitely tight!! And supportive with just the zippers you’re snatched the added belts is a bonus I ordered a small I was going for a really tight waist trainer my normal size is a medium but once it wears down it’ll become lose so rn I am squeezing into this os it’s not super comfortable but it will be after a week or two
