T arrived a day earlier than expected, and came in a sturdy box. The color and shape were exactly as advertised. I got it in pink and everything was the same as the photos. It's very easy to use - just press the button and tilt forward, and water comes out almost like a small waterfall. If your dog doesn't finish what's in the bowl, simply press the button and tilt back, and the water will flow back into the bottle. There are a few drops that won't go in but that isn't a problem at all. The 'stop' button wasn't 100% effective, but the water doesn't leak regardless. The bottle is made of thick, study plastic that seems to combat some of the heat from outside. It was absolutely perfect for my 6 lb Chihuahua. I HIGHLY recommend this bottle!

I am highly disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought in February since I had left the smaller bottle I owned at a friend's place and couldn't pick it in time for our walks. Within 2 days, the locking mechanism jammed and I made do using just the spring for controlling water flow. Not the end of the world. Then the wrist band fell apart and I had to resort to carrying it in my hand, rendering one practically useless on our walks. Fine, I didn't have time to send it back again for a refund. In less than four months, the button for controlling the water flow popped out mid way through our 5 mile walk... and all the water bobbed out in less than 15 min. This left us stranded with a thirsty dog. I really liked their smaller version, it was way more durable. So disappointed as this is the right size for my dog and our walks.

This product is so aaamazing! I had a similar product I bought at Walmart for like 6$ and u have to do all sorts of opening and bending to get it all set up and it definitely leaked all the time...but this one! Oh my gosh it's great. Having a pug especially a black pug.. well they're very sensitive to weather and that fact that I can fill this thing up and throw it in my purse before we head out anywhere is just great.

This water bottle is truly a godsend! I cannot imagine using any other travel water bottle for my pups! It is slim, fits perfectly in a bottle slot in my travel bag; it is lightweight and has a loop to put around my wrist when I walk with my pups. It is extremely convenient on car rides, when my pup is thirsty and needs a quick pick-me-up! I especially love the fact that it sucks the water back in, so that I am not wasting unused water. The 12oz bottle is perfect for tiny dogs. Anything bigger than 10 lbs, I would recommend you purchase the larger bottle.

I love the convenience of this water bottle. I've tried many different ones over the years and this is the best one. I like the bowl portion because it's large enough for my dog to drink from without being cramped. It's great that unused water can go back into the container. The only negative is that the bottle is small.. Mine only holds 10 ounces which is fine for a small dog on short walks but for a large dog it seems to me it wouldn't work too well. I love that this bottle fits in the cup holder in the car; it also fits in my purse! I do recommend
