Very cute, and my cats love it. I couldn't assemble it fast enough for one of my cats, who immediately jumped into the lower room the moment I set it up. It also matches nicely to the first cat tower I bought. Assembly was easy, everything lined up, and it's rather sturdy. It's soft and comfy. It's also easy to disassemble and reassemble when it's time to change the sisal rope. I do suggest buying sturdier rope when the time comes, since what it does have doesn't stand up to cats for long.

My medium-large cat loves, even though, she is a little big to fit under the lowest level. She makes herself fit. She's 10lbs and fits on the upper bed comfortably. She has no trouble jumping up to access the levels. She is not at all graceful and has fallen off the 2nd highest tier, so the height is good for her at under 4 ft so she doesn't hurt herself. The unit is covered in a thin fleece-like fabric that is soft, but you can feel the edges of the boxes. Not the carpet you would expect. It is super sturdy and rough play has not made it budge even an inch on carpet. You might get a different result on a wood floor if you have younger larger play driven wild child's. My cat loves it so that's all that matters.

Where do I start? My my cats LOVE it. From the moment I opened up the box and set it up my cats were trying to play with it. They took to it instantly. Its is very easy to set up at most 20 minutes with easy instructions and all bolts and Alan wrench in included Its extremely sturdy and holds my cats without issue. The scratch pad keeps my cats from scratching anything else in the apartment as well. For any cat owner with one cats it's an easy recommendation. With more than get a cat tree with multiple cat beds at the top as I find my cats alternating between who sits on top

I decided to order this cat condo because I was getting 2 new kittens. The problem I had was I needed one that would be sturdy and the compartments large enough for a 30 lb cat I have.After reading reviews I decided to buy it. The condo was easy to put together, quality of product is great and most of all sturdy and large enough to accommodate my fat cat. My other 2 cats are 13 lbs they fit in compartments with a lot of room to spare. The cats and kittens love it and so do I. I hope this helps anyone that has a large cat.

3 kitties were born in my yard. 6-8 wks later, we decided to keep them. I purchased this tree. Very easy to assemble. Directions were easy. They're in and out of every part, all of the time. Well constructed. Would highly recommend.

This arrived in good order. After assembly (not really difficult) I placed it where my old tree had been and the cats took to it readily. I enjoyed the size and offset pattern of the condo, giving the cats access of their choice. Only change I made - having it in front of large windows, I cut the back out of two of the closed shelters so they could lay inside and look out the back of the condo. Didn't disrupt the integrity of the condo and provided what I needed for my feline family. Thank you.

I love this cat condo and so does my cat! ?First off, it is very sturdy. Next, the covering material is so very soft and the top platform is especially padded and comfy for my cat to relax on and look out the window. My cat weighs 7 lbs and she fits perfectly in both the cubbies. The condo was quite easy to put together, all it took was following the visual instructions and matching up the screws to the pre-screwed holes. It was not difficult at all. I highly recommend this condo if you don't want something too tall, yet tall enough to give your cat some height to climb and look out the window! To top it off, the price is reasonable enough to not break the bank ?

This condo is everything I said previously. We just bought our third one. We have a tripod kitty - front right - and she does great jumping up on things but not well jumping down as all weight hits that one front paw. This is just the right height to work as 'steps' for her getting down from favorite perches (hence our third....). Conventional pet stairs are not handy as too narrow for balancing on front paw while jumping off higher step with back paws. The individual perches on this condo work perfectly and I think helps her feel like one of the gang going up and down window sills, etc.

I didn't want a super tall tower for our furbaby, but I did need something where the platforms would be big enough for her. She is an 11 lb ragdoll. This tree was perfect for her. She's not a climber, but she likes to sit up high enough to look out the window. She loves it! She crawled in one of the huts as I was piecing it together, and is sitting on it whenever I come home. It does have quite a bit of hardware, but was easy to follow the steps to put it together. Love it!
