Took a few attempts to get the hang of, but once the technique was down it felt great. The rubber balls do occasionally fall off mid massage but they are easy enough to screw back on. The plastic has a nice flex without fear of breaking, I am sceptical on how long that will last. All in all a great product

It's amazing and absolutely gets to the sore bits on your neck and top part of the shoulders. I have calcifications in my shoulder which makes it weak so I was concerned I wouldn't get the benefit as I wouldn't be able to apply much pressure. I needn't have worried because you honestly need only minimal pressure. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner!

People, for a tenner this is ace especially if your Mrs won't give your neck a massage after everything you do for her and don't want to spend on a deep tissue massage at the gym. Nice cheap alternative!

This brilliant tool is my treat for myself, as I have had chronic cervical pain for several years. I've had cortisone shots, medial branch nerve block, and radiofrequency neuro ablation. I have about 12 different therapeutic devices in my repertoire, and this is absolutely one of my favourites. In just a couple of minutes it takes me from terrible trigger-point pain radiating up behind my eye, to almost zero pain

Wow love this product! It definitely hit the spot! Haven't got much neck pain at the moment. But I found it extremely useful on my calves for stretch and manipulating my calves. With the long arm handles you can get loads of pressure on your muscle pain. Brilliant

This is a nice and light unit that is surprisingly sturdy. Unfortunately I have a very think neck and thighs. I have tried to follow instruction but it’s does not feel as soothing to use for me. For slimmer people this will likely be good especially if u cannot get anyone to given you and massage on or neck of legs.

This just gets to the areas perfectly. It is made of plastic so I really hope that it keeps going as I don’t know what I would do without it. So simple but so effective.

Genuinely, the level of pressure you can achieve on the commonly tight areas in your neck is spot on. When it arrived I showed it to a mate who is a physiotherapist and she was very impressed and bought one herself - can’t get a better endorsement than that.
