I was looking for a back support while lifting and some that can help with the love handles at the same time. I've just started using it so can not confirm results as a waist trainer yet, but works great as a back support for lifting and feels like it is with good quality. I would buy again.

Received waist trainer earlier than expected, so that was a plus for me. Wore it for a few hours upon receiving and it felt great! I then wore it for more than seven hours while working and I am impressed with how it felt even after wearing for several hours. I used a cheaper waist trainer once before and because I have somewhat sensitive skin, it caused me to breakout and itch like crazy. Not with this one though! If you are looking for a high quality waist trainer, look no further because this is the one!

I am writing to review my compression belt that I purchased. I am very happy with this belt. It has great support and does not ride up into my rib cage like many others. It is very well constructed. I am pleased and will consider buying other products. i bought this because I had VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) surgery and have excess skin. Regular compression shirts were not enough to keep everything in place and comfortable.

This waist belt is a fantastic product. The quality is great and it fits as expected. I've been wearing it a for a few weeks during my weight lifting, walking, cardio, and basketball workouts. I can see the difference in the belly and love handles. Both are noticeably reduced. My wife has even commented on the changes. The belt also helps keep the lower back warm and supported.

I very recently had abdominal surgery to repair a Hernia and A friend recommended getting a "Waist Trainer" for the protective support. The Surgeon sent me home with a "wrap-around" style band with instructions to wear for 3 weeks. It is nearly impossible to put on by yourself, and the edges roll and need to be constantly adjusted. This belt arrived quickly and meets all of my needs now, and will become a part of my workout routine and more. It is very comfortable, easily put on solo, the tension adjusts using the side pulls and the build quality seems excellent and should last a considerable time.
