I bought this to make a milk bar birthday cake and it was perfect! It cuts through the sheet cake well and holds its place when at the desired size of ring. Easy to clean and store. Good value!

Love it! I’m new to making cakes using a sheet cake and then cutting out with the ring but I wanted to try something different. So I decided to make a Momofuku cake and needed this ring. The cake turned out awesome and the mold ring worked perfectly. The ring seems to be high quality and nicely made. It was easy to adjust, easy to use to stamp out the cake and it cleaned easily in the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

This works very well. I needed it to stack an 8" cake, but wanted one that was adjustable so I could use other sizes. I have another one (different brand) that I squished and so it is not round, so I am hoping to take better care of this one.

Easy to adjust to different widths, got the job done. Had no trouble using this ring, used it with a cake collar to make a taller 8" wide mousse cake.
