I like this spoon so much that I have bought three; one for me and one for each of my two kids. This spoon is perfect for scooping spaetzle/drop noodles out of boiling water. I even use it to serve the noodles from the bowl. Also good for rinsing and draining small amounts of fruit or veggies.

When i first bought this, my husband was like, when are we gonna use that? well, he uses it all the time. just tonight, we cooked string beans and he scooped them out using this. it's so much easier than draining things especially when it's not a lot in the pot. We made raviolis yesterday and scooped it out in one swoop. this is sturdy and easy to clean. it's not somehting you think you need but when you get it, you will find yourself using it all the time.

I love this thing! It is quite sturdy and has no issues holding lots of ravioli, tortellini, or any other shaped pasta. One note, it does not do well with long spaghetti. It is also great for grabbing veggies out when I blanch them in water or chicken breasts I have poached.

This thing is the perfect scoop for picking up veggies out of the Ninja Foodi after making a complete roast beef dinner.

Once you own one of these you'll wonder how you lived without it in your kitchen all these years! It's large though so you'll likely have to store it in a utensil holder on the counter rather than a kitchen drawer. I've bought them for several family members, which is kind of what I do when I discover products that I love!
