This thing has changed the way we cook. It is amazing. You can cook practically anything in it. I find it great for cooking side dishes while your main dish is in the oven (e.g. making roasted potatoes while you have a meat dish cooking at low temp in the oven). You can rapidly air fry french fries, tots, toasted ravioli, crab rangoon, etc. I smoke Pork Shoulder or Chuck Roast on my Weber for 3 Hours then toss it in the Ninja and Pressure cook it for an hour and you have excellent pulled pork. Add some onions and Recaito, and you have a great Chili Verde. No one will probably ever read this review, given the other 19K glowing write-ups, but I felt compelled to add to the positive reviews. I love this machine. I bought it for myself for my birthday. It states that it has 9 functions, but I’ve only used 3. The pressure cooker, air fryer, and bake functions. I have made chicken wings, corn, baked chicken, and boiled chicken in this machine in a fraction of the time it would take to do the same in a stove. It’s been a game changer. The clean-up is fairly quick. I can clean all the parts in about 2-3 minutes by hand. The pot is dishwasher safe, so I do that more often than not. If you’re like me and hate clutter, having all these functions in one convenient machine is a game changer. It comes with two metal trays, a steam basket, and a pressure cooker lid.

It is a different way to cook and to get the most out of your foodi, I recommend a google search to find great ideas on how to adapt your family favorite recipes and to locate some recipes for yummy new dishes your family will love.

I liked it so much, I went out and bought another one just tonight. This one is the 6.5 version instead of the 5 qt version, which I ordered here. I'll keep my deep-fryer although I won't be using it as much going forward. Sometimes I'd enjoy a piece of greasy fried fish or chicken, which is one of the few things the Ninja Foodi can't do. Otherwise, this thing is amazing. I've only used my stove once since acquiring it in November. Now that I have two Foodi's, that event will become far rarer. If you don't have one, you really should get one.

It is easy to clean and more than sufficient when cooking portions for 2-3 people. It can be a little bit of a hassle if you want to use it to cook multiple dishes in a single setting if you have to clear during switching of cooking types. No matter what it is worth the investment for anyone cooking even a few times a week.
