Seperates Whites from the Yoke, may have to tilt a bit though may need to buy another for when I use 4 eggs

I used it for making a flan that requires3 egg whites and when I’m in a hurry the yolk breaks and fall with the whites. It’s very frustrating. This is a no brainer and easy to use and clean.
