I use these for surfing. They worked out well enough that I was able to out paddle much younger surfers for the same waves.

I can’t say enough great things about this product, it improved my swimming by 50%, helped build strong shoulders and upper body. So much better than paddles!

I am a beginner surfer and needed something to assist with my paddling abilities. I no longer use the gloves now as I feel that my upper body and arm strength is adequate for paddling into a wave.

I love these gloves. I use them for water arobics they keep my hands warm and out of the water because I suffer from arthitis. No water gets in and they also help me move faster around the pool.
