This is exactly what I need for my travel needs. I like being able to workout when travelling without having to lug a bully mat around. Thick enough to be comfortable too.

I like the size of this mat when it's folded. It fits in my gym bag nicely. It is nice and squishy and works well for what I needed to.

I stretch each morning and evening on the advice of my PT and use a yoga mat for comfort and to avoid lying directly on the floor when doing so. When traveling by air it's always been a pain to bring my rolled up yoga mat, often necessitating a larger or additional suitcase. This folding mat is compact and fit easily inside a 2 gallon zip lock bag for protection. The other advantage of the folding mat is that you can keep the floor-side down side on the outside, instead of rolling it onto the side you lay on so you don't have to clean both sides every use as long as you pay attention to how you lay it down each time.
