I wanted these to replace a set I had. I can already tell this set is more durable and heavy duty and is great quality.

I am happy with my resistance bands I purchased to use during lock-down. They seem like good quality. The set is well made with sturdy straps and rings for attaching the bands.

These feel sturdy/well made. After using for a couple months I've seen no signs of wear. They work great.

This is our second set of these bands. The first set is still in great condition, we just wanted another set to do more varieties of exercises. This kit really comes with everything you need for a great full body workout! It's light weight, easy to store and scaleable for a variety of strengths.

They’re super versatile and you are definitely able to work the same muscles as in the gym. It takes a minute to get used to which band resistance to use for which exercises, but you get used to it. I would 100% recommend these bands.
