This thing is the bomb. My wife and I are food-hoarders. Our freezer is CONSTANTLY too full. That thing is always on the verge of bursting open. So it would be that we would hear the alarm telling us that the door was open. I installed this little beauty, and it INSTANTLY solved the problem.

This product is marvelous!! I had been searching for a baby-proof mechanism for the fridge. All of the items that I initially found were so awkward and tedious. I know myself— if it’s a hassle to use, I’m not going to commit to using it day in and day out. At that point, what’s the use? This product is simple and effective! I can open it one handed without much if any effort and it requires no work to lock (just push the door closed and it will automatically lock in place.) it’s strong and sturdy.

Thank god for this door latch. It's stupid easy to install and works like a charm. Now even when somebody carelessly flings the door closed the latch catches and prevents it from bouncing open. Plus it makes a satisfying little 'click' sound so you know the latch caught and the door is closed.

Our freezer kept opening every time we closed our refrigerator door. This lock is the bees knees.
