This thing is great! I have tried everything bed or sleep related to relieve my back pain and muscle knots: memory foam mattress, different pillows, knee support, sleeping positions, massagers, etc. This finally worked! I used it consistently for five minutes in the morning and five minutes at night. I ramped up the "levels" as the days went by. Now, my back pain is gone!

This thing instantly made my back feel a lot better after the first use I couldn’t believe it! My lower back pain hit me out of nowhere a month ago and I was looking for any kind of relief and this helps so much.

After 2 weeks of using the back stretcher I can honestly say it has helped my back in a miraculous way. I had a snowboard accident many years ago and compressed lower lumbars and mid back. A few months ago I reinjured it and have been in constant pain, even after weekly physical therapy, massage, etc. After my first session I felt the pain had subsided, and literally haven't had any pain or only low level 1 pain for two weeks. I'm very grateful to have found this inexpensive and therapeutic device.

This is great for back pain, usually I get home and lay on the floor to rest my back but with this device it takes it a step further supporting & stretching my spine. I start on the first level and then after 15 minutes move to the second level and add a pillow to keep my neck aligned. I weigh 260, if you’re wondering if it’ll hold your weight.

I have frequent back pain from bad posture, picking things up off the floor all day (kids!), And working from home with the laptop on the couch. I used to wake with back pain every day. Using this every evening for 5-6 minutes really relaxes my back. It feels so much better in the morning now.

This little thing was a lifesaver. I didn't want to spend hundreds to go to the dr. and get scans and then chiro/PT, so I gave this and a back brace a try in hopes that it would make the pain manageable. It ABSOLUTELY worked and now my back pain is less than what it was before it completely gave out!
